Kritika Agarwal is a law graduate from the prestigious National Law Institute University, Bhopal. She completed her Post-Graduation in Law and Finance from University of Oxford, Oxford (U.K.) in 2016. She also has an in-depth subject knowledge through teaching and academic research assignments. Her experience in academic field includes, Research Associate to Dr. James Goudkamp, Law Faculty, University of Oxford. She has been a law mentor in Oxford Summer Courses, and has served as an Associate Editor at Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal. She is the Founding Editor of Legal Lantern.
She started her career as an Associate Manager at Bharat Aluminuim Company Limited (Vendata Resources Plc.) in 2013, followed by Manager at CL Educate Limited, Expat Tax Consultant at Trotman Repp Limited, Contracts Manager Secondee at Mckinsey Knowledge Centre India Pvt. Ltd., and India Legal Advisor Secondee at Louis Dreyfus Commodities India Pvt. Ltd.
Presently, she is a Partner in Kritika Agarwal Advocates and represents clients before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts on issues pertaining to Contracts, Constitutional Law, Property Law, Criminal Law. She also serves as an International Tax Consultant where she advises U.K and U.S. tax resident individuals in taxes and similar matters.
Being an advocate with diverse work experience on both the client and the attorney side coupled with excellent skills in managerial roles, she is featured as “Oxford Women in Law Today” under the 100 Years of Women in Law at Oxford. Her achievements are unending, leaving a mark in the legal fraternity.
